In Progress...
- Interestingly, another marriage between a Roberson and a Henry took place in Putnam Co, TN in 1904. Marriage record is between G E Roberson (brother of Crissey?) and Miss. Malie Henry (cousin of William Chester? Doesn't seem to match any of his John Morgan Henry's other children.).
- Mallie may be a match for Mollie Henry (1900 Census), born 1887, daughter of William M and Louizi Henry. William M Henry seems to be the son of George Henry (George Washington Henry). Thus Mollie and William Chester Henry are 1st cousins.
- George shows up in the 1900 Census as the son of A P Robinson (the one who appears to have done Crissey's & Chester's marriage). AP shows up as Andrew Roberson/Robeson/Robinson in the 1870, 1880, 1900, 1910 and 1920 censuses. George died in 1972 in Putnam.
Several possible matches for Crissey in the census include:
- 1870 Census: Crissie Roberson; age 1; born in Putnam, TN; Daughter of Charles Roberson.
- 1880 Census: Crissa Robison; age 10; Daughter of Charles and Sarah Robison;
Possible match for her parents' marriage:
- Tennessee State Marriages, 1780-2002: Sarah Jackson and Charles Roberson.
There is, however, a different match:
- 1930 Census shows Lloyd Jefferson Henry and Cresie Henry married for 44 years and living in Oklahoma.
- This person shows up as Crissie Henry in the 1900 Census, living with Jeff Henry (Lloyd Jefferson Henry).
