Elsie is also buried in Greenwood Cemetery. She appears to be another Benedix child (like Lena Hoppe's husband Fred Benedix)[5]

- William (age 28) is married, farming, and living in Correctionville in the 1915 Iowa Census. His 1914 earnings were $1,500 and his farm is valued at $48,000 with a $36,000 encumbrance (mortgage?). His education is listed as 8 years of "common", 2 years of "grammar" and 1 year of "high school"
- William (age 30) enrolled for the WWI draft on June 5, 1917. He was married, farming, and living in Correctionville at the time.
- William (age 32) and Elsie I (age 27) and children Alice E (age 2) and Melvan F (age 4 months) live in Rutland, Woodbury, Iowa in the 1920 Federal Census
- William (age 37) and Elsie I (age 31) and children Alice E (age 7) and Meloin F (age 5) live in Pierson, Woodbury, Iowa in the 1925 Iowa Census. This record lists his mother as "Lanete Hennie"
- William (age 43) and Elsie I (age 37)) and children Alice E (age 12) and Melvin F (age 10) live in Rutland, Woodbury, Iowa in the 1930 Federal Census
