    • 1 male, aged 10-14, white (son Charles, or another son?)
    • 1 male, aged 15-19, white (son Charles, or another son, or a farm hand?)
    • 1 male, aged 30-39, white (himself, presumably)
    • 1 female, aged 10-14, white (daughter Sarrah, presumably)
    • 1 female, aged 30-39, white (wife Hannah, presumably)
  • Moses (age 53) and Hannah (age 50) and daughter Sarrah (age 17) lived in District 10, White, Tennessee in the 1850 Federal Census
  • Moses (age 60) and Naomi (age 60) and 4 children lived in district 10, White, Tennessee in the 1860 Federal Census
  • Moses fought for the Confederates, in the 26th Regiment, Tennessee Infantry (3rd East Tennessee Volunteers). He mustered in as a private and exited as a Sergeant[7]
  • Moses (age 69) and Oma (age 69) and Sarrah (age 40 and presumably Sarrah's 6 children lived in District 4, Putnam, Tennessee in the 1870 Federal Census
