An Eathel Henry (Feb. 4, 1835 - Nov. 16, 1880) is buried in Deaver Cemetery.  His findagrave page lists him as having two wives, sisters: Margretta Ellen Forsythe Henry (1838 - 1885) and Ellen M Forsyth Henry (1839 - 1885).<ref>http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=51250683</ref>  As the eldest male Henry buried in the cemetery, and with his age being approximately 18 older than Charles, he seems a likely father of Charles.
