Wow, great find! How are you interpreting "Niece & Cousin"? "Cousin" seems accounted for if your'e saying that she's AJ's cousin (Swan Johnson being the common grand-parent). But niece? Wouldn't that suggest that one of these statements is true?
- Hannah Thulin (Johnson) and Matilda are siblings
- We think we know Matilda's siblings names, from the 1870 census, and there's no hannah. Plus, you identified Hannah's parents, and they're not the same as Matilda's
- Hannah Thulin (Johnson) and A.J. are siblings
- Possible?
- Olaf Thulin and Matilda are siblings
- But we know Matilda's maiden name and it's not Thulin. Plus, we think we know Matilda's siblings names, from the 1870 census
- Olaf Thulin and A.J. are siblings
- Different last names.
