This Indenture made the fifteenth day of September in the year of our Loard one thousand eight hundred and ten. between Henry Brockmeir of Fannet Township Franklin County and State of Pennsylvania and Rosannah his Wife of the [???] and Hugh Linn [Jr?] of the state and County aforesaid on the [???]. [Whereas?] [John G???] of the Township aforesaid obtained a warrant out of the [???] office of the late [Province?] (now State of Pennsylvania [bearing?] date Philadelphia on [???] of December one thousand seven hundred sixty two [where...?] was Surveyed to him a parcel of Land in said Township contributing two hundred forty nine acres and [???] of six for [???] for [???] lands of [???] [... Which Hugh?

THere is no evidence of who this Hugh Linn is. But it may be reasonable to assume it is the same Hugh Linn II in Concord, Franklin, PA who purchased land earlier in 1810, as recorded in 1810 Indenture from Alex Wilson to Hugh Linn
