The Platte Valley Cemetery, originally known as simply as Pioneer Cemetery, is a very old pioneer cemetery located 4 miles west and two miles north of Gustaf Lindstrom's original sod house. Although the cemetery is still mowed and cared for by Dean Randall Lindstrom and Larry George Lindstrom, many of the stones are in disrepair and no one recently has been buried in the cemetery.
