- In 1917 or 1918, Reuben registered for the WWI draft

- In 1942, Reuben registered for the WWII draft. Reuben's address is 7512 N. Rogers Ave., and he lists his son Ben as a contact, living at 1228 W. Kinze. His employer is listed as "Robbins Co."
