I will and bequeath unto my son, Darby Ensor, all my part of a tract of land called the regulated Vineyard to him and his heirs and assigns forever.
Item I give and bequeath unto my son, Nathan Ensor, all my part of a tract of land, Jameses Prospect, to him and his heirs forever also my negro man Tom and negro woman Kate.

Item my will and desire is that the money arising from the sale of my said property shall be disposed of in the following manner to wit.
