| Knowledge of the Lindstroms and their descendants come principally from the [[Lindstrom Book]]. The book was created by [[Roy Aldin Lindstrom]], grandson of [[Gustaf Lindstrom]] and [[Johanna Christina Carlsdotter]]. Through this source we know that the Lindstrom family traces its American roots to [[Gustaf Lindstrom|Gustaf]] and [[Johanna Christina Carlsdotter|Johanna]], who immigrated from Sweden to Phelps County, Nebraska between between 1877 and 1881.
