This template can turn {{subst:City|Kennewick|Washington}} (or the shorter {{subst:Ci|Kennewick|Washington}} or {{subst:Cy|Kennewick|Washington}}) into Kennewick, Washington. (Substing, while recommended, is not needed.) This template doesn't save a ton of time, but it does save some. Despite the name, it could easily be used for counties and other objects written in the same fashion as well.
