"The Regulated Vineyard" is a tract of land owned by George Ensor and Elizabeth Reeves. Upon George Ensor's 1771 death, the land passed to Elizabeth Reeves, and she in turn willed it to Darby Ensor in 1815.
The land is 108.5 acres and is situated in Baltimore County[1], but its precise location is unknown.
