This template can turn {{subst:City|Kennewick|Washington}} (or the shorter {{subst:Ci|Kennewick|Washington}} or {{subst:Cy|Kennewick|Washington}}) into Kennewick, Washington. (Substing, while recommended, is not needed.) This template doesn't save a ton of time, but it does save some. Despite the name, it could easily be used for counties and other objects written in the same fashion as well. This template will NOT work with either the state or country of Georgia, for obvious reasons, but should work with any other state, country, territory, etc.
