91 ¼ acres – “Malone’s Habitation”

Purchased part of tract or parcel lying in the reserve formerly leased to George Ensor for 182 acres by the name of “James Prospect” and John Malone had a survey made and certificate returned by the name of “Malone’s Habitation”, containing with ¼ of an acre of surplus land added to the part so purchased, the whole quantity of 91 ¼ acres. The purchase money has been paid. The State of Maryland grants land, beginning at the end of the North East 82 perches line of a tract of land called “Nathan’s Prospect” and running thence North West 2 perches North East 20 ½ perches North 85 Degrees East 117 ¼ perches South by East 27 perches West 2 perches South by East 60 perches, South by West 86 perches until it intersects the given line of a tract called “Regulation”,
thence bounding reversly on said line North 88 degrees and 30 minutes West 2 perches to the end of the 8th line of “Nathan’s Prospect”, thence reversing “Nathan’s Prospect” and bounding thereon the two following courses: North by East 17 ¼ perches North 66 degrees West 126 perches and thence with a straight line to the beginning. Certificate date 18 October 1786; granted 2 December 1805.
